Alex

Alex ist über die Hälfte seines Lebens in der schwarzen Szene unterwegs. In dieser Zeit hat er auf einigen Veranstaltungen als DJ aufgelegt und noch mehr Partys und Konzerte besucht. Er hört am liebsten Bands der ersten Stunde, alles von Wave, Postpunk, Batcave, Punk, neue deutsche Todeskunst und vieles, was in keine Schublade passt aber Spaß macht.
Dem Kulturverein ist er beigetreten, weil er es total spannend und wichtig findet das Angebot für die Jungen und Junggebliebenen am Leben zu erhalten und einen schönen Kontrast zum Alltagseinerlei der Kasseler Szene zu bieten.

Alex is more than half his life in the black scene on the road. During this time he played as a DJ at several events and attended even more parties and concerts. He prefers to listen to bands from the very beginning, everything from Wave, Postpunk, Batcave, Punk, new German death art and much, which doesn't fit in a drawer but is fun.

He joined the cultural association because he finds it totally exciting and important to keep the offer alive for the young and the young at heart and to offer a nice contrast to the everyday routine of the Kassel scene.

DJ Cold Transmission

Seit den frühen 80er Jahren und mit über 40 Jahren Leidenschaft für Musik bietet Andreas aka DJ COLD TRANSMISSION ein breites Spektrum an Musikstilen wie EBM, Post-Punk, alle Arten von Wave-Musik, Electronica, Industrial, New Beat, 'Sound of Frankfurt' und mehr.

In seinen DJ-Sets werden gezielt auch aktuelle Songs und Bands aus den verschiedenen Genres gespielt, um den Zuhörern neue Klänge zu präsentieren... ohne jedoch die musikalischen Wurzeln der Szene zu vernachlässigen.

Andreas ist auch Gründer von COLD TRANSMISSION.

Seit 2018 ist COLD TRANSMISSION ein internationales Label und Musik-Promotion-Service mit Sitz in der Nähe von Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland.

Ihr primäres Ziel ist es, dunkle Underground-Musik zu einem neuen und größeren Publikum zu verhelfen. Sie verstehen sich sich als unabhängige Plattform, die hilft, frische, aufstrebende und Post-Punk, Coldwave, Darkwave und Electronic Bands und Künstler zu fördern und zu unterstützen und die Vielfalt unserer unserer Musikszene rund um den Globus zu zeigen. Sie machen Promotion auf verschiedenen Plattformen und organisieren Konzerte, Partys und Veranstaltungen.

Bevor Cold Transmission ein unabhängiges Plattenlabel wurde, begannen sie mit der Veröffentlichung einer digitalen Compilation-Reihe namens 'ZEITGEIST' sowie regelmäßige DJ-Sets auf Mixcloud mit dem charakteristischen "COLD"-Branding. Ihr Mixcloud-Kanal hat bis heute mehr als 5.600 Follower erreicht.

Ihre Compilations spiegeln den aktuellen Zeitgeist von Coldwave, Post Punk, Dark Electronic und mehr. Seit 2017 haben Cold Transmission erfolgreich 176 Mixcloud-Shows und 16 'ZEITGEIST' Compilations mit Hunderten von aufstrebenden Bands veröffentlicht. Cold Transmission verstehen sich als eine Plattform, um die Underground-Szene zu unterstützen und wachsen zu lassen - sowohl mit ihrem Plattenlabel als auch mit ihren Compilations.

Since the early 80s and with over 40 years of passion for music, Andreas aka DJ COLD TRANSMISSION offers a wide spectrum of music styles like EBM, Post-Punk, all sorts of Wave music, Electronica, Industrial, New Beat, 'Sound of Frankfurt' and more. His DJ sets also specifically feature current songs and bands from the various genres in order to present new sounds to the listeners.. but without neglecting the musical roots of the scene.

Andreas is also founder of COLD TRANSMISSION. Since 2018, COLD TRANSMISSION is an international label and music promotion service based near Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Their primary goal is to help dark underground music reach new and bigger audiences. They see themselves as an independent platform that helps promote and support fresh, up-and-coming and interesting Post-Punk, Coldwave, Darkwave and Electronic bands and artists and show the diversity of our music scene around the globe. They are doing promotion on various platforms as well as organizing concerts, parties and events.

Before Cold Transmission became an independent record label they started with releasing a digital compilation series named 'ZEITGEIST' as well as regular DJ sets on Mixcloud with the characteristic „COLD“ branding. Their Mixcloud channel has reached more than 5.600 followers to date.

Their compilations are reflecting the current Zeitgeist of Coldwave, Post Punk, Dark Electronic and more. Zwei Fragezeichen gehen erneut auf Reisen und verlassen den Keller, im Gepäck viel „ Bruits De La Cave“ . Sie nehmen euch mit durch dunklgraue Musikstile. Schwarz mit Inhalt und immer ein bisschen rüpelhaft.

Irgendwo zwischen Post-Punk und Coldwave, Sythwave und Punk findet man DJ Hollow Skies und das Törtchen.

DJane Magika

Magika (richtiger Name Elisa) ist eine italienische Sängerin, DJane und Veranstaltungsorganisatorin. Bevor sie den Midnight Club (Bergamo-Italien) leitete, begann sie als Entertainerin auf Partys, Privat- und Firmenfeiern zu arbeiten, wobei sie je nach Art der Veranstaltung jedes Musikgenre spielte; sie hat Jahre damit verbracht, ihre eigene Musikbibliothek zusammenzustellen und zu kuratieren und hat ihre Recherche zu ihrer Stärke gemacht. Später begann sie, Veranstaltungen in Clubs und Diskotheken zu organisieren, wo sie nicht nur spielte, sondern auch für das Management des Abends und der Künstler zuständig war; seit 2019 leitet sie ihr eigenes Restaurant und kümmert sich in jeder Hinsicht um dieses. Ihre Musikauswahl ist reich an Elektronik, Darkwave, Darktechno, Darkelectro, aber sie liebt auch die Klänge von Italodisco, Synthwave, Minimal und Cold Wave. In ihren DJ-Sets findet man Crossover von alternativen Genres, die sich nicht nur im elektronischen Bereich, sondern auch zwischen Gothrock, Postpunk und Deathrock bewegen.

Magika (real name Elisa) is an Italian singer, DJ and event organizer. Before managing the Midnight Club (Bergamo-Italy) she started working as an entertainer in parties and private and corporate parties playing every musical genre depending on the type of event; she has spent years composing and curating her own music library and has made her research her strong point. Subsequently she began to organize events in clubs and discos where, in addition to playing, she was in charge of managing the evening and the artists; since 2019 she has been in charge of managing her own restaurant, taking care of it in every aspect. Her musical selection is rich in electronics, darkwave, darktechno, darkelectro but she also loves the sounds of italodisco, synthwave, minimal and cold wave. In her djsets you can find crossovers of alternative genres that range not only in the electronic field but also between gothrock, postpunk and deathrock.

Reᗡяum Dj

Nach jahrelanger Tätigkeit als Musiker und Homestudio-Produzent hat er sich vor zwei Jahren mit dem Spitznamen "Redrum" (zit. The Shining Film) der Welt des Auflegens genähert.

Die gespielten Genres reichen von klassischem Darkwave und New Wave der 80er Jahre bis hin zu Darkelectro, dem Genre, auf das er sich derzeit am meisten konzentriere.

er ist ständig auf der Suche nach versteckten Perlen unter neuen Bands aus der ganzen Welt, um ihre Musik anzubieten und zu versuchen, sie einem größeren Publikum bekannt zu machen.

After years in the music field as a musician and home studio producer, since two years I've now approached the world of djing with the nickname "Redrum" (cit. The Shining movie).
The genres played ranges from the classic darkwave and new wave of the 80s to darkelectro, which is the genre I'm now focusing the most.

I'm constantly researching for hidden gems amongst new bands from all over the world to offer their music and try to get them known to a bigger audience.
